Plataforma Latinoamericana de Personas que ejercen Trabajo Sexual (PLAPERTS) is a Latin American platform that was formed in 2013 by sex worker leaders from Mexico, Peru, Brazil, and Ecuador with the intention of creating an inclusive network that represented the diversity of sex workers. They have grown to include 15 countries in 2024 and focuses on strengthening the leadership, mobilization, and activism for the defense and promotion of the human, labor, and health rights of sex workers through coordinated strategies with key actors and allied organizations.
