At the national level, JMMS engages in CEDAW reporting processes and advocates against laws and policies that discriminate against sex workers and criminalise them. ![]()

With funding from the Red Umbrella Fund, MOHO Justice will launch a street outreach initiative to identify hotspots for outdoor sex workers. This effort aims to distribute safer sex and harm reduction supplies while connecting individuals to peer support and essential services, fostering a stronger and safer community.

They work in the struggle for human and labour rights, for a law that regulates sex work and access to rights for all women sex workers in the Dominican Republic and is making an effort to reach all different areas where sex workers operate in the Dominican Republic, focusing in empowering themselves and arriving in areas that are difficult to reach geographically.
