Founded in 2008 by 28 diverse women leaders living with HIV, PWN-USA develops a leadership pipeline and policy agenda that applies a gender lens to the domestic HIV epidemic grounded in social justice and human rights.»

Protect Defenders is the European Union Human Rights Defenders mechanism. The consortium of 12 NGOs «Operates a permanent and rapid response mechanism to provide urgent assistance and practical support to Human Rights Defenders in danger, their families, and their work. Manages a programme of temporary relocation for Human Rights Defenders at risk to relocate inside their country, within their region, or abroad in case of an urgent threat. Supports the creation of shelters for HRDs at risk and coordinates an exchange platform for stakeholders working on temporary relocation for Human Rights Defenders, the EU temporary relocation platform. Provides training, financial support, accompaniment, and capacity-building to Human Rights Defenders and local organisations. Monitors the situation of human rights defenders, including in the field, and advocates for a protection agenda for Human Rights Defenders at local, regional, and international level. Promotes coordination between organisations dedicated to support for Human Rights Defenders, EU institutions and other relevant actors.»
La Red de Defensa de lxs Trabajadorxs Sexuales (SWAN) reúne a organizaciones lideradas por lxs trabajadorxs sexuales y sus aliadxs en Europa Central y del Este y Asia Central. La red trabaja para crear sociedades en las que el trabajo sexual esté despenalizado y lxs trabajadorxs sexuales empoderadxs puedan vivir libres de violencia, estigma y discriminación. SWAN proporciona capacitación a los grupos dirigidos por trabajadorxs sexuales para que defiendan sus derechos, apoyan los esfuerzos de movilización de la comunidad y proporcionan un espacio para que sus integrantes compartan recursos y experiencias.
La Red de Mujeres Trabajadoras Sexuales de América Latina y El Caribe (REDTRASEX) nació en 1997. La RedTraSex está formada por organizaciones de mujeres trabajadoras sexuales y/o ex trabajadoras sexuales. La red está formada por organizaciones de 14 países (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, República Dominicana y México). Su idioma de comunicación es el español.
La Red de Trabajadores Sexuales de Asia y el Pacífico (APNSW) cuenta con 32 organizaciones activas en 23 países que trabajan juntas para promover los derechos humanos de lxs trabajadorxs sexuales de todos los géneros en Asia y el Pacífico. La APNSW lleva a cabo actividades de incidencia política ante los organismos intergubernamentales regionales y las Naciones Unidas. La red proporciona formación y apoyo técnico a sus integrantes en materia de derechos humanos y servicios sanitarios y de VIH de calidad, establece servicios jurídicos dirigidos por trabajadorxs sexuales y desarrolla estrategias de defensa.
La Red Europea para la Promoción de los Derechos y la Salud de lxs Trabajadorxs Sexuales Migrantes (TAMPEP) promueve los derechos humanos de lxs trabajadorxs sexuales migrantes a nivel local, nacional y regional en Europa. Para apoyar su defensa, la red documenta y comparte las historias, las buenas prácticas y las necesidades de sus integrantes, elabora documentos de postura y apoya la presencia de lxs trabajadorxs sexuales en los espacios clave de defensa. TAMPEP se pone en contacto con otras organizaciones de derechos de lxs migrantes para establecer alianzas y colaborar en favor de los derechos de lxs migrantes en Europa.
La Red Global de Proyectos de Trabajo Sexual (NSWP, por sus siglas inglés) existe para posicionar las voces de las personas que ejercen trabajo sexual (PERTS) a nivel global, y para conectar a redes regionales que abogan por los derechos de las mujeres, hombres y personas trans que ejercen trabajo sexual. La NSWP es una organización de afiliación: sus miembros son organizaciones locales, nacionales o regionales dirigidas por trabajadorxs sexuales en África, Asia y el Pacífico, Europa, América Latina y América del Norte y el Caribe. Sus idiomas incluyen inglés, español, ruso, francés y chino simplificado.

The Other Foundation is an African trust dedicated to advancing human rights in Southern Africa, with a particular focus on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people. Their primary purpose is to expand resources available to defend and advance the rights and well-being of LGBTI people in the Southern African region. They do this by working both as a grant-maker and a fundraiser.
