Kiambu Sex Workers Association (KIASWA) was established in 2014 and registered in the year 2017 as a community-based organisation (CBO) to offer sexual and reproductive health services to male and female sex workers, as well as sex workers who use drugs or inject drugs, primarily in all Kiambu county slums. The organisation works towards advocating for the rights of sex workers, adolescent girls and young women through advocating for policy change and creating awareness for them to access just and comprehensive reproductive health rights and justice.
