We have categorised them (funders, sex worker-led networks, and allied organisation) as well as created tags for key topics that intersect with our work.
AIDS Fonds is “a Dutch non-profit organisation that works internationally. Working with communities as equals is at the heart of all our work. We conduct research and ensure that HIV, AIDS and STIs remain high on the agenda worldwide. Together we are working to find a cure for HIV.”

Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF) “is one of the leading independent AIDS organisations in the world. The Foundation’s mission is simple: to be a powerful force in the end to the AIDS epidemic. Funders Concerned About Aids (FCAA) informs, connects, and supports philanthropy to mobilize resources to end the global HIV pandemic and build the social, political and economic commitments necessary to attain health, human rights, and justice for all. Their report Philanthropic Support to Address HIV/AIDS “captures data on close to 6,000 grants, awarded by 264 foundations in 15 countries, in an effort to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities in HIV-related philanthropy” and identifies a substantial decline in funding for “key populations” including an 11% decrease in funding for sex workers.
The Global Fund is a partnership designed to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics. As an international organization, the Global Fund mobilizes and invests more than US$4 billion a year to support programs run by local experts in more than 100 countries. In partnership with governments, civil society, technical agencies, the private sector and people affected by the diseases
Positive Women’s Network (PWN) – USA “is a national membership body of women living with HIV and our allies that exists to strengthen the strategic power of all women living with HIV in the United States. Founded in 2008 by 28 diverse women leaders living with HIV, PWN-USA develops a leadership pipeline and policy agenda that applies a gender lens to the domestic HIV epidemic grounded in social justice and human rights.”
